  • Rodney IntemanA Palmerston North based design consultancy, having its inception in 1985 and primarily focused on Interior Design, Graphic Design and Streetscape. The Consultancy has as its principal Rodney Inteman, an Industrial Design graduate of the Wellington Polytechnic School of Design 1971 and since 1973 a longstanding Professional Member of the Designers Institute of New Zealand (DINZ).

    Rodney’s post Polytechnic indoctrination in interior design started with New Zealand Breweries (now Lion) Head Office in Wellington in the early 1970′s where, as senior interior designer, he was involved in Hotel and Tavern fitouts, streetscape (exterior treatments), furniture and corporate graphic design. A two year involvement as Wellington practice manager for corporate office, Interior Designers… Dawes Murphy & Associates ended in 1976. Relocating to Palmerston North he joined Allflex International Limited eventually becoming their Group Advertising Manager responsible for advertising and marketing the company’s innovative livestock identification eartag system, globally. 1985 saw the birth of Intemandesign as a multi-disciplined design consultancy providing creative interior solutions stimulating streetscapes and memorable brand imagery… to businesses.
